If something slips through the cracks (we are only human) - we will offer a full refund or a replacement item (same as purchased). International Customers (Outside the UK)
If you are from outside the UK - please drop us an message through the contact form on the website. We will get everything sorted for you from there. We are a young company and still have things to learn and set up.....but we can help you!!
